CUPCAKE!

I was bored so I made these delicious cupcakes:

For the dutch girls HET RECEPT:

beslag
125 ml yoghurt
250 g suiker
3 eieren
100 g boter
375 g bloem
2 theelep. bakpoeder
1 theelep. zout
1 zakje vanille suiker

topping
200 g boter
500 g poedersuiker
jam 6 eetlep
100 gram cream cheese

maken:
1. yoghurt + ei + suiker mengen
2. boter smelten er doorheen roeren
3. bloem erbij + 2 theelep. bakpoeder + beetje zout
4. oven 180 graden . 25 min

topping
1. 500 g poedersuiker+cream cheese+boter mixen
2. jam bijvoegen
(voor de choco topping in plaats van jam cacao)
